The stock is DTC chilled. It is impossible for the company to issue new stock and for it to hit the market. Just try to pull a cert and see what happens.

lol...ya, the company hasn't sold any new shares since I've been in. It's moron retail and MM's.

Not much interest in this stock, so low vol will drop her, but I see we recovered to 0025 again.

If the company or friends of the company drop off a sell order through a broker and in turn that broker placed the order with a MM to execute, the MM would take the stock in as he needed it not to cause panic selling. That is a fact Jack. I don' care, it gives me an opportunity to lower my average. If the company can't pay their bills they will go belly up.
