I think the market will turn up next week or at least flat. NDX should start a bounce together with the SOX, which will lead INDU back to the high of 10700. For INDU, it's obvious that it's trading sideways, consolidating. A break above 10700 will get the bull back, while a break below 10400 will start the full force tankage. I don't expect the real tankage to happen until end of February according to the weekly chart.
