About the stock it self, I still don’t think 141 Capital is a different company. It is a brand new company and it is purely based on SWARM. I think Spooz wanted SWARM on its own and not related to SpoozToolz or any other trading software so they cooked up a new company. Either way it is still very good for Spooz stock holders.
