matt, i know that facebook has been mentioned as a possibility on the board for some time. the PR is about an actual application process to be on facebook. i am not saying that michael did not tell the truth regarding the "foreseeable future" at that time, financial needs could change based on a new project that was possible at that time, but not forseeable even 6 days in the future. again, can you email michael to see if this new project changed "the foreseeable future".
