To me that means that the structure of the deal is complete & the numbers have been compiled. The auditors started today going over the numbers. Once they verify them & put their stamp of approval on them the 8K can be submitted. JMHO ED :>)

This statement is referring to the Auditors starting on the Hacketts audit and has nothing to do with the Wisebuys audit we are currently waiting on.
