I have to agree whole-heartedly with Jim here. What would that have looked like if Tom accepted this gift (regardless of the attention) from a material shareholder?
I do think Drac's heart is in the right place, but I just wonder why he didn't simply release the site name if he was already going to give it freely.
From a business standpoint, I am more satisfied that Tom did not accept this. Sure, he could have simply said, "Thank you, but I cannot accept." However, it does appear Drac threw in a few jabs about some off-topic items in his correspondence - all the more to make Tom think there may be alterior motives.
