I understand the work involved in compliance reporting of all kinds and I'm sorry, but it is not a full time job for a CFO, in a company this size, unless there is a considerable amount of rock polishing going on.

I do not wish for either of us to waste time debating the point of compliance reporting workload further, but to the point of Stoll's performance, if Stoll truly "handles financing" then his work is unacceptable, both as a CEO accountable for staffing the organization and developing people (the ersatz CFO in this case should be developing these skills -- who will do it 2 years hense?? Varney??)and in executing the latest financing.
