Frankly I don't know what to think at this point, if it is real, then it seems they botched the process. (Phoned amtd yesterday, no notes on the account, unless something pops up early am.) If that's true, many up until now commited longs will gratefully exit and if this thing goes ahead, $2.2 may have been better. All speculation until tomorrow's market day...

Also tried to put in an order for HMGP for the am but amtd gave me a message: "opening transactions for this security are not accepted."

Very odd theory my man. I can't possibly fathom that NWOG would pay with shares for an AUDIT. Ever heard of impairing auditor independence? Let alone an audit firn SHORTING the stock of a client. These would be offenses that would land these guys straight at the enforcement commission of the AICPA or they state board and would lead to all of them losing their licenses.
