Unfortunately, as pointed out by marks37 and cynic2005, owners of NWOG private can still manipulate what NWOG public(Florida) gets... So the point is they don't suffer like we do.

Maybe cynic can elaborate on his/her post. Or maybe marks can venture from the oneliners.
