Alcon's stake in WaveLight AG at 73.5% (ACL) 141.41 +0.25 : ACL announced that the co now holds 73.5% of WaveLight AG outstanding shares through tender, contractual commitment or purchase. Additionally, the co received approval of the takeover from the Austrian Federal Cartel Authority. ACL continues to encourage WaveLight shareholders to tender their shares prior to the end of the offer period on September 25, 2007.
