It doesn't appear to have hurt fccn. We will have to accept the filings for the latest share info. :)

I talked to Andrew before the last PR, he said they want to close this asap. He told me then the definitive aggreement would be 'real soon', which turned out to be less than a week.

hummm, I believe a 10Q is due 'real soon'.... maybe I should call him next week.
