Yes that is the problem. They have n't announced that they will retire the shares so the value of 0.3 is probably too high to pay with further dilution. This company has not been shy about dilution and their credibility is shaky. Look at what the price of a share was about 6 months ago and now. Have n't they also changed the symbol of the comapny twice in the last 6 months?
