Time Magazine chimes in on HilaryCare II. Quite a bit more objective and pragmatic than the WSJ hatchet piece. (But I don't think WSJ's problem with HilaryCare is so much about healthcare--most of corporate America already believes that we need universal healthcare insurance--but about Hilary's tax policies.
