Interesting question: who was, and why, selling all those shares at 15-25 cents range?..... MM manipulating price? Sure, always did. Did it at 7-9 dollars range, and now, as well...
Good luck with "down averaging", and "can not go lower than 50-70 cents...". I would not consider buying at ANY price, till MLTO show real turn around, and I hope you all know what is the meaning of "turn around"......
