Ok thanks......yeah I hadnt read that. I was hoping the stock would go back to the 2-3$ range but that looks like a long shot at this point.

Now that I look at these numbers that means initially there will be 12 million new shares at $45, with a market cap at $572 million. Should be interesting once all that actually happens...
