Sorry about not giving details about Tazarotene, but I ignored it because it is for me the same thing than Accutane-Roche (isoretinoin, related to retinoid acid and vitamin A).
Tazarotene is acetylenic retinoid metabolized into retinoid acid (same).

I tried to investigate about the Allergan's TKI but I found nothing, for me it is early preclinical data and you have more than a dozen TKIs in preclinical or clinical today, far more advanced.
