Sounds logical. They need to be paid and I am sure 5,000,000 shares is not what they are paying themselves. I'll bet it's spread out between many uses. I'll also bet they reg. way more S-8 then they needed to use for backup.

John - I have no problem with the company issuing shares to pay debts, make acquisitions, etc. Given the situation that POS Anderson left us in, what alternative do we have? The key is that the shares issued benefit the company and shareholders in the long run. If that happens, we will all be smiling.
