Thank Willy - Check out Ex-10 on the S-8. The language speaks in terms of "the company," which is CVIA and "the participant." On the signature line, reference is to "Wastmasters" and "the participant. It seems as if they used an old Wastemasters form and forgot to replace Wastemasters with CVIA. Does Wastemasters even exist anymore? I thought there was a name change. Looking forward to 2002.
