Wahz would better be able to answer this question... not sure my opinion counts yet! LOL However, it did seem like we would have to wait. Of course, I am sure that the CEO was hyper cautious considering the 3 or so lawsuits they have pickup up in the last month due to the timing of their release of the emc news.
