again, that's the point, i did follow the tou......at least according to the tou......but after reading it, i do see where violations can become subjective.......but even then, i certainly wasn't in violation like i see others who pay and post.........funny thing is, the section that pertains to me (since i don't post on stock boards) is exactly what i was trying to make my point on regarding the plagiaristic poster who pollutes certain boards, and the harvard lawyer who apparently is a eunuch
Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards;
Continually posting the same or similar information;
Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion;
Posting excessively on one or more message board(s).
that's all i was trying to address just before my ouster
look, i'm not asking you to review my posts preceding my ban, but i'd venture a guess that my witty use of soundbites (which are no longer available) was the last straw with ms. peabrains and mr. gutless......even then my posts still didn't violate the section on personal attacks
constitutes a personal attack, which is defined as:
Posting harassing or otherwise objectionable content about another member;
Calling another member names;
is abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
abusive and obscene are in the eye of the beholder, of which i can only compare my posts to other posts.....i'm certainly not at the top of the list of obscene, abusive.....and i never threatened anyone, nor called anyone names at any time......period

i guarantee that if you knew me, you would not have that opinion......besides, what's not to like.......i'm smart, i'm witty, and my posts were intended as entertainment for many that do not post......i should know since i received many pm's from people thanking me for the lol's
