They may start TALKING about a housing, but the reality will be much different. Did you see the August foreclosure numbers that came out today? Plus the builders' sentiment numbers also came out today and they were about the worst ever on record. I think it's another 18 months before housing starts to recover, unless the Federal gov't. steps in with bailouts of personal mortgages. Great time to buy, though. Cash is king.
