Feb 20th needs some type of special designation. After all, it is the anticpated holy day of resurrection for PCBM and a host of other penny scams that have been naked shorted into oblivion by all those shadowy offshore enemys of mankind. What does it matter that the regs aren't retro-active and that they would not apply to non reporting pinkies anyway? Facts be damned, we need a special name for this day!! Hmmmmm?
