Heck - a better question is why a PR was not released before the market opened today. If that is not materail information I do not know what is.

Frankly I am mad at myself. Everything about PBLS stinks.

I cannot imagine a quality organization not halthing the stock until an NR was out and digested. But then again - this is the Sherlock Holms company that issues lots of hints and clues about what they are - but they do not tell you.
