sib almaz, aquired the controlling interest in gbdx today, minor selloff ensued, this is a long awaited announcement and brings some real positive credibility to this long overdue deal. This of course starts the clock ticking on the 70 days or less required to effect the buyout.

as always though watch them pinks.
