loko72, the reference to the "PINK" button, was because the Management and the PR's come off like this is a first for interactive TV and PETEL has invented it. Morton knows this because he was involved with Red buttons, Blue Buttons et.al at NGC. This is just another example of the deception and lies they put out. Why do they do this? One reason is that they can get away with it as a NON-Reporting Pinkie. How many companies act like PETEL or Medify in their dealing with investors? Not too many, and most of them are gone in a year or two. If anyone thinks that they will be held accountable, forget it, never happen. However that said, the use of the internet for investment scams does raise another level of investagation and they may get caught up in that one. Making false statements on the internet is being looked at more closely. What investors should do is to contact their State Attorney General and have them look into the dealings of PETEL. Delaware will not do it for you unless you live there.
