On the ER2Z7, the green line has not yet dropped below the rising ADX and that would be the trading signal. The price action is rising and the red line is dropping. So, I don't see a trend here, and don't expect to until tomorrow. On the other hand, the $RUT chart looks weaker, but I might wait for the price action to break below support at 775, or thereabouts, before putting on a trade. If we break below support, the price action will likely accelerate.
