investwise why do you think they did not approach Zachs directly for ownership of the shell? Would they not have had to confirm through Zachs any legal issues with the shell.
If you are speaking with Zachs next week could you ask him why he has not done anything with the shell prior to this point in time and if he has any plans for a future merger. Probably won't give much away but worth a shot.
