Blood I don't remember the date but you called this happening a couple months ago. Of course some of us knew that would be the reason for the wording change. Maybe its why someone on the board stepped down? It was the master plan all along IMO. I still haven't "disected" the filings but haven't yet read anything that "squared away" the Lewis litigations with the loan they defaulted to him on. Maybe I missed that one. Seems he would want it taken care of and I forgot to add the monthly payment voic is making to the holders of Lewis' personal loan in my cash calculations. Also where is the money for the next phases of network expansion or if there's any money left this round, do they just save it to have a head start on this first 45 day period? Lot of questions but I hope to god they don't start another round of bridge loans at the end of next month to pay the first installment of this new plan. I'm not sure my x-wife isn't helping them with these negotiations lol. Gone for the day.

2. Companies with officers past and present with felony convictions and bankruptcies?

4. Huge debt with unbelievable conversion priviledges.

5. Insider stock deals that have effectively given 49% of outstanding stock to 2 officers, one with a string of 5 unsuccessful companies whose stock value has dropped at least 70% during his tenure,and another with two felony convictions and a bankruptcy.

6. Selling about 40-60% of revenue stream for $ 400,000 to a convicted felony who previously ran the company. (and didn't he just sue the company last year)


7. Borrowing less than $ 300,000 from a convicted felon and having to pay back over a million dollars 60 days later when the "loan" is called and the $ 750,000 "penalty" comes into play.


8. Reverse splits?


9. Constantly changing forecast of revenue and profit (always downward).

10. Promises and projections of management that NEVER pan out.
