Highline, I think you have just hit on the answer. I have been wondering how Alan was going to profit from all of this and you just told me how he is going to do it.
Just wait a while. He will file chapter 11, owing more than he can pay back (3.6 million). The assets of the company will go to the owner of the preffered shares and he owns all of the preffered shares. Carmac will get theirs also but we will get the shaft.
