Critical Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRTX), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative products for respiratory, inflammatory and critical care diseases will provide a live webcast of its 2007 Analyst Day presentations on Tuesday, September 25 from the Four Seasons Hotel in New York. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. ET and run approximately four hours.
Critical Therapeutics’ Analyst Day will feature a panel session with three leading respiratory physicians, as well as presentations from members of the Company’s management team. Topics will include the Company’s overall business strategy and value drivers, the upcoming launch and commercialization of ZYFLO CRTM (zileuton) extended-release tablets, the Company’s clinical and preclinical development programs and a financial and business development overview. The Company will also provide financial guidance and an update on its upcoming key milestones.
