Are they? That is my million dollar question. If they are watching then wouldn't they be in panic mode seeing that in the last month it went from 7 cents back down to 2 cents? This is the lowest is has been yet no news, nothing. I sure hope that Malyshev knows about some deals that will shake this up but I am leaning towards the fact that they are ignorant to this.
