There's a lot of things they need to do sooner. If this stock gets into the 1 cent range it will hit double zeros fast and this stock will be a flippers dream for months. It already is but it can get real ugly fast.
Well, I hope The restricted shares are being handed out as part of a stock plan used to lure and retain key executives and To reward Management that meets agreed-upon goals.
