Lake Lisan, the Pleistocene precursor of the Dead Sea probably was, but that was a little while before Dubi.

It's getting saltier by the day :( as a result of
the fresh water supplies from the Jordan river
which was replenishing the Dead-Sea in the past is
cut for agricultural reasons, watering the fields en-route.

With no fresh water supplies, and the rate of water
evaporation in the Dead Sea, it is now hardly defined
as a Sea, not even a lake, and soon a pond will serve a
better definition :(

You'll have to visit the site, otherwise it will be gone,
a matter of 8-10 years - if no restoration is done.
