I am going to presume that you are seriously asking your questions. A/S = authorized shares = the maximum number of shares that the company legally put on the market
O/S = outstanding shares = the number of shares that actually have been placed out on the market
Having answered your question I really truly sincerely hope you are not trying to buy or sell stocks. It would be quicker to just write me a check and be done with it. Ignorance at that level would be like walking in Central Park at night with $20 bills sticking out of your pockets. Back up a step or two and do some research of how this system works.
Do not be fooled into thinking it is easy to make money on penny and pink sheet stocks. This is about trying to make a buck in a market where everyone but you has the advantage. There are crooked companies, crooked market makers, and crooked transfer agencies and they are seldom held accountable.
