Couldn't agree more IF they knew everything and could PR something. I am now pretty confident that there was some numbers mess and inventory accountability to sort out. They NEED to get their HOUSE IN ORDER and S/H are low on their priority list right now is all.

They may not know enough yet to be able to give an estimate as to when the 10Q can be filed. They may still be sorting everything out. Who knows what mess they took over.

but even just a decent PR from Swift, stating their intent to file the 10q within the 30 day extension period
