LOL! And PPHM should have another 75 million shares on the bench for reserve play if they need to go into overtime. That should even be enough for a double overtime, LOL!
It would certainly be best for PPHM long investors if PPHM "wins the game" before July, but getting pps above a buck for a month over the next year to resolve any residual NASDAQ delisting concerns should be enough of a "score" to assure PPHM can go into over time if that becomes necessary.
Do PPHM's detractors have enough influence to deny PPHM the prospect of overtime play by getting a majority of PPHM investors to refuse authorizing the 75 million shares? There should be plenty of long shareholder interest to keep that from happening.
