the only people I see benefitting now is the debenture group and what about this scenario, they did it once why not again after another 50% haircut and another violation of the PIPE and again lower their PPS, so at that point even Chasblech is underwater but the PIPE is intact, then register the shares and run it 100% from that point, only taking it back to .01. They double their money the company goes BK and so do the retail holders.
