Can't be sure of exactly what is going on but it is Knight (NITE) which is ostensibly the tkt marketmaker who keeps dropping the ask. As soon as we touched .15 on the opening trade this morning NITE dropped the ask by 20% --- ditto when the stock moved back from .105 to .128 later on and again NITE dropped the ask back to .12 so without NITE I believe the stock would be trading through .15 but obviously NITE wants to hold the price down or they represent a client who does ???? interesting but typical for OTC stocks.
