Toxic funding 101
If the GGI funding is toxic, and I suspect it may be, they can naked short this stock into oblivion and have no intention of covering. The idea is to kill the company, then they don't have to cover.

I hope this isn't the case with SWVC because they seem like a good, honest company and I still hold some shares but today's trading is awfully suspect.

a-we have been on SHO list more than 2 months now

b-The float is around 465m.
