I think what he was trying to say is some people will pm their friends to come on here and vote a certain way. I know that I was PMed about the vote.
I don't really follow the stock to much any more. BUT the vote can be pulled one way are the other just by having alot of people that never come here, just drop by and vote the way you want them...There forth you really would not have a TRUE representation of the feelings of the board.
