The NVS-IDIX standstill agreement expired yesterday (#msg-22707884). NVS is now free to increase its 56% equity stake in IDIX at any time.
Should NVS be interested in increasing its IDIX stake, there are two ways to go about doing it: i) to negotiate with IDIX’s BoD (#msg-28869752); or ii) to launch a tender offer.
