I'm not worried about the CEO's or those that already know this, I'm worried about the newbies that don't know how the game is played. I was there once, and learned the hard way.
Companies should not be able to hide their history so easily.
And further more they should not be able to lie in PR's because of that crap "Safe Harbor Agreement", or buyer beware or any of that other stuff. I just don't agree with the philosophy of "Well you should have done the DD and you knew the risks before you bought so it's ok if I lie cheat and steal to get your money." And one more thing I think would help is if pinks had to file 10Q's or face trading on the greys, if at all.
There should be some standards for a publically trading company, big board or pink sheet.
Back in the old days there was the "wild wild west". this country didn't let that go on forever. Eventually the law stepped in and cleaned it up. Don't know why it's acceptable to just leave the pinks as a modern day wild, wild west.
