The civil war in Iraq is well under way. No ifs and or buts about it. Suicide bombings have happened in all parts of the country and they have targeted Iraqis as well as foreigners. Chaos is reigning supreme and more violence is certain. The new UN team will be a target and so will the new Japanese contingent.
All of this was foreseen and spelled out by Bush senior in his book. Too bad Dumbya doesn't read.
