CoMedia Corporation Acquires Full Service Travel Agency PacTrip Thursday September 6, 7:30 am ET
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CoMedia Corporation (Pink Sheets:CMTN - News) announces the acquisition of the full service travel agency PacTrip (www.pactrip.com) which is now the in-house provider of travel related services for members of CoMedia's social communities and associations of sports-specific alumni. PacTrip will work directly with members, teams and booster clubs to provide unique travel opportunities and expand awareness and membership in CoMedia's sports associations, as well as, provide financial rewards through revenue sharing with the communities that utilize the various travel program.
The acquisition of PacTrip was completed as a share for share exchange of restricted common stock. PacTrip's President, Ms. Devon M. Turner will continue on as director of the travel program. She will also be retained to directly manage the Travel Program for American Football Alumni and its members. During the first week of American Football Alumni's 100 city tour has been able to expand the American Football Alumni branded travel program by adding Ramona High School "Bulldog" Booster Club and the Lummi Nation Blackhawks both of which will now be serviced by PacTrip.
