I can't remember everything we talked about. What I do remember is that he told me the float and O/S that is currently in the IHUB box. I asked him if the company was selling shares. He said they had sold some shares into the market just recently (at the time) and may do so on a small scale in the future but had no plans to dump 100,000s of shares into the market. He also said the financial statements were currently at the auditor. Thats the main points that I remember.
