I did notice today on Yahoo that Honus Wagner rookie card that somebody bought a few months ago at 2.3 million dollars was sold again for 2.8 million. Thats some nice change after taxes.

The Real Estate market will start to correct in latter part 2008 for a run to 2019 when a flood of extra baby boom houses will saturate the market. IMHO
