Ok, here goes....
As you all know, I've been pissed off here lately and more mad at myself for not doing my own DD on this one or at least calling the company....but now I am feeling a little different and am satisfied with the conversation I've had today with Bob Hayden.
The AS, OS, and the float was not sitting right in front of him as he is travelling. But he has given me the email to contact him. So I will be emailing him for those numbers shortly and he might be able to tell us more by Monday...Also, the numbers he shot out was what I've been told here.
The 1st question was "Why are you selling shares or basically giving away shares to others?" making our investment of $2.10 a bad choice. He ask me what my average was and I told him, also stated that I am still down 60% with buying more several times. He didn't think this would be going on much longer if any and actually said to address this with an email and he should be able to further explain and I will, believe me...
Now some good news, they will be applying for the uplisting within 30 days or sooner. He thought all the financials were about completed. I told him that the share price was not going anywhere until at least a PR of an uplisting was to come out. He did say that he was going to suggest this to the company and realized they were do for a PR on this....I would say this will be coming out sooner than later, but you never know....
