To be honest I really don't..... Just unsubstantiated thoughts... Apparently the pre RS holders are not willing to add at this level to average their much higher positions (pre RS pps = post RS .24)? New buyers are waiting to see how cheap they can enter? Perhaps some of those on the bid side are short and accordingly looking to cover as cheaply as possible? Todays' trades at .05 match the lowest price point post RS. Accordingly, one might have thought that those who were stacked up @ .05 (bottom players) would be buying here, but they backed away?
Ok IMO this is what's going on.. As we know Jim's is making acquisitions and has been courting several companies. Now those acquisitions are being paid for in shares. The cheaper the shares the MORE shares it will take to make that acquisition. Now maybe just maybe somebody has been asked to lean on the PPS so the acquiring company gets a bigger piece of the pie...
