PickStocks, the shareholder meeting was September 4;

With the 825 million that the officers of BANY gave themselves, it made other common shareholders votes irrelevant. BANY filed a 4,000,000 share S-8 today;

My guess is that the Reverse Split could be announced as early as 1:45 today.
