Even the most DD we all do can lead to trouble as in RS cause then the whole game starts over and over again.
Thats the problem with some of these companys,look at the history of them,RS change name and it repeats over and over again as there is no intent by some of these companies to ever do anything.

I know a few Promotors on the Canadian Venture Exchange that do the same thing.They do financing after Financing and soon after its RS thus screwing the shareholders as they get diluted to very few shares and then they repeat the whole process once again and this has been going on with about 6 companies on the venture with the same owners of these companies.Its all about filling there own shoes and never had any intention of succeeding for there shareholders.

Sad but true and this holds the same in PINK SHEET companies as well in OTCBB companies.

Yes there are some that want to do there very best in succeeding but they are far and few of those types.

Good Example is IBZT from tenths of a penny to 8 cents high.
Great Product they have and looks like it will be a huge success but there's only 1 problem and thats the OS shares at this point.
What will happen nobody knows at this point.If a RS happens and the company starts diluting again than thats another huge problem cause sharesholders get the shaft when that happens.
